Hylands does it really work?

Can someone please tell me if the Hylands really works for the leg issues???  That is such a struggle for me right now and I know if I can get some relief I may not feel half bad!  Thanks for reading.

Happy Birthday to me today I am 33!!!!  I am looking forward to the next 33 years free of NORCO!

Best things you can do.....

Hot bath in epsom salt
Mag/cal/zinc supplement twice a day
Hyland's leg cramps and restful legs (the leg cramps formula has quinine)
Apple juice and gatorade....REALLY helps
Heating pad and wrap something around legs like warm blanket or the ace bandages

And happy bday!  It's the BEST possible gift that you are giving yourself!!!

Happy Birthday!  You're giving yourself a great gift!

Yes, Hyland's works. It contains quinine.  One of the main causes of RLS is dehydration and mineral loss. So,drink water and gatorade. Calcium, magnesium and potassium in the form of supplements.  It will truly help you. Hot baths are the best.
You'll be amazed... Also, Tonic Water is a great source of quinine but I, personally, don't like the taste,so I've mixed it with cranberry juice.

Keep posting and good luck!

Yes, it helps but it won't totally get rid of the RLS.  I don't think anything does.  If you try the Hyland's Restful Legs, read the label carefully.  Hylands makes two formulas and you want the one with quinine.

As gnarly said on another thread, don't underestimate the power of soaking in super-hot bath.  It's temporary relief, but powerful.  I recall another member who said wrapping her arms and legs in ACE bandanges and using a heating pad made a big difference.  Why not try all three?  Can't hurt!  :-)
