I feel like a slug and can't even concentrate to do my bills.  Help~

Break it down into smaller tasks. Looking at the bigger picture of getting all those bills done as the "big picture" is intimidating. Concentrate on one small task at once, get that done, move onto the next. Don't let the big picture overwhelm you.

I'm trying to clean and pay bills but am having trouble concentrating,  This is awful but thank you for reaching out to me

I pay all my own bills by check, except my AT&T bill which I do over the phone.

Make a pot of coffee, sit down at your desk, and get your bills and checkbook laid out. A calculator if you need one.

Do them one by one in a systematic manner, don't forget to sign the check, and seal the envelope before you do the next one. You'll get through this.

Its par for the course... Your on a 2 a day taper right? Don't get frustrated with yourself.. Do what you can! We didn't get into this mess over night and it does take a little while to heal after all the abuse we put our bodies through.. Its going to sound crazy but even a walk around the block can help with the sluggy feeling.. Exercise of any kind & sunshine works wonders!
