chcicken soup was good, and replaces soudium, Apple juice (not too much if you have the runs) ginger ale or ginger beer (it isnt alchohilic, but helps with stomach) bannanas anything you can keep down, and whatever tastes good to you. Kind of like you would feed yourself if you had the flu I guess. Soups, broths, alot of fluids. For some reason apple juice made me feel so much better, really COLD apple juice, then I went to anotehr forum, and someone said the same thing thay had posted apple juice helped them, maybe there is something in the apples. Good luck!

For the sleep issue in the beginning I found Excedrin PM to work better for me than Tylenol PM, but after using it for 2 weeks I switched over to Meltonin which is natural. I drank lots of water and Gatorade for fluids and ate as many bananas as I could handle. You will find that your appetite is gone during the first 3-5 days but will start to return. I know that my appetite has come back with avengence, LOL!! I also take the following vitamins, B-12, Ester C, SamE, and 5HTP.
The most important advice I can give you is to keep posting here. I've gotten so much support and love for this forum and that's honestly the one thing I could count on during the toughest time of my life. Today is 23 days clean for me and I owe it to the many friends here!!

Food & Beverage:  As much water as you can drink.  Food is hard to eat for most people during detox, however I've heard that people crave sweets (including myself.  Of course you need to eat healthy because your body weill be going through so much turmoil.

Please go to Health Pages @ top right.  Use the Thomas Recipe.  Caution if you are taking anti-depress if you choose to take the Ltyrosine.

Get tons of sleep medication & possible valium or xanix for the extreme anxiety.

Keep us posted on w/hat you're feeling & we'll help you along the way.  You will have a lot of questions.

Good Luck & Welcome
