Broken leg pain

I broke my leg in two places and tore up my ankle ligaments about a month ago.  So far my doc has been pretty good about giviing me my pain mes but i was wondering how long he will let me have my hydrocodone.  I shtill have pain.

I'd get away from them as soon as possible. My husband was not an addict until he shattered his leg 14 years ago. Now he is a full-blown addict and not the same person at all...get out while you still can.

Worrying about continuing to get them is not a good sign....may be time to start thinking about some other alternatives for pain....narcotics were originally intended for acute pain and short term use...if u read the insert it will tell u this....dont let it become a problem

If you truly have pain, then you will probably still get them, but they are very easy to get addicted to and will trick your mind into thinking you are in pain just so you take them. Please be careful and in my opinion, start getting off them. If you truly are in pain, there are non-narcotic medications that can help you.
