Day 10 starts and I am feeling tons better. Found a friend who has gone through the same thing. He has been sober for 21 years and is taking me to a n/a meeting tonight. I have to admit I am a little excited. I am so ready to get this monkey off my back. I looked over a lot of my old post and I am shocked. Wow I am an addict. I am so ready to be an addict who doesn't use. I want to be addicted to God and my family and not this poison. Thanks to all who responded to all my crazy rants. I am doing it this time.  Sarah, you are the greatest!!!

Congrats on your 10 days..You will like the meetings. Try both AA/NA. I like them both and I have not drank in YEARS! Been going strong to them since 2012 and I still pick up something new every day..Recovery takes some work. It will work if you work it and this is the truth..Good Luck!!!
