Combining all these medications

I just saw the prescriptions that my mother is taking.  Methadone, Oxycodone, Klonipin and Tramadal.  If she is taking all 4 of these drugs I suspect she needs to be professionally detoxed.  She has been loaded for years now.  She really can't function anymore.  Any suggestions?  She has fibromyalgia.  I don't buy it, but, this is her story.  Is this typical to prescribe this combination??  It seems over the top to me.

i think if i were you i would go and talk to her dr.  see if you can find out what each one is for and see about weeining her off maybe one pill at a time...good luck to you and keep  us posted.

I don't think you are suppose to mix methadone and oxycodone. but you will have a lot more post from people who know a lot more later or tomarrow...good luck

very over top my mother has fibromyalgia and all she takes is xanax and darvecet very mild pain pill my aunt has also and all she is on is 4 10mg lortabs a day
