Cold temps in the house helps at night with the sweats...clammy feelings were the worst for me...drink plenty of water to keep ur self flushed and sauna's help or workouts to sweat it out...u dont have but a few days to go..hang in there
Use a heating pad on your legs or abdomin - it helps - a hot bath...many say to put epsom salts in bathwater -
Read the Thomas Recipe and the Amino Acid Protocol and follow them as best as you can - especially the Amino's will help toy out brainwise and several of the amino's are for depression....so do try those two especially. Also read everyhting in the health discussions that you can....it is all helpful. Knowledge is power here....you cant learn enough!
I bought icey hot sleeves at walmart,they worked wonders for the body pain.Hot bath with epson salt,drink tons of water,eat all the bananas you can.I do not know anything about roxi's but I know how you feel because I feel the same and I am on day 8 off of vicodin.My biggest problem is not being able to sleep.
Have you tried soaking in a really hot tub? A heating pad on the achy spots help too.
