You can get these things almost anywhere...try Walmart. You can use them all together; they'll really help you!

I went to the gym for sauna and swim. Low impact and good exercise. While in the sauna, and a couple hours after, I had no pain anywhere. I just needed that break. Then, floating in the water hurt my skin at first, but it felt really good to move around without gravity bringing me down. It became a little easier each time. I had Restless Everything, arms, legs, torso, brain, and the bottom of my feet hurt, but it went away. Day 5, sweet, you have this.
Good going! Music.... flood yourself with the music you like most. Turn that stuff up too, and just let it all go. Exercise and tons of water are super good for you and the energy will come back. I like to say that you are in a balancing stage. You're off the dope and trying to find center again. It takes a while, but it is doable.
Try to add tumeric and cinnamon to your diet. Both do so much to clean you out and are so easy to add to the diet.
Hi there - lack of energy is the pits - some People drink Gatorade - I drink 5-6 bottles Of Vitamin Water - Power C - has a good mix Of B vitamins, electrolytes and Vit C without as much sugar than Gatorade.
As hard as it is, try to put in some exercise, even if it's just a walk here and there - it helps.
You're on Day 5 - congrats - that's a huge accomplishment. Energy will come just have to be a little patient.
