Day 5 today

Ok Mary I am answering you before you Ask. LOL,  Day 5, the last few nights I havent been able to get to sleep until 2.30, even with some benzos. I have at least a 10 hour daytoday,and hope the legs dont startfeeling like lead, My mind is definitely cleare this morning, And it is odd as this morning, was the first time that  I had diarhea,Took Imodium. Multivitamin and will have my GNC drink. I dont feel too bad though. I can feel the legs a little, and am tired from the not so much sleep, but here I go on another marathon dayl  I hope you and everyone have a great day and I will check in, in a few hours.         JayDean

So great that your mind is feeling clearer!  Yay!  That will help you stay strong.

It makes sense to me that you only had D for the first time today. . . after 4 days the last of the stuff must be out of your system.  It's a small price to pay, though.  Just keep the Immodium close by.

Awesome cheer Magi, Made me laugh. I own Pitbulls Mary so dont sent the dogs after me LOL. Feel a little lethargic, but the legs dont seem to be aching as much, as Ive only walked a mile so far. Well see how the rest of the day goes. Please everyone keep posting to me, not just to be selfish, but I am going down the home stretch and I need to hear the positive. And I wish all of you success and happiness too. Thanks Nat, and youre doing great. Yes I was addicted to pain Killiers, 80 milligrams a day of percocet for a year. I actually laughed some yesterday and this morning, but I definitely know I am not quite there yet. I am tired, and thats from the lackof sleep and the physical work, Normally I could run circles around any 20 year old off of the Pills. I willl get back to that. Lol your mad the lot of you welcome to the mad house jay lol. Day 5 it will get better the first night you have a good few hour's you'll feel brilliant. Jenny's right there are loads of people that are at your stag we all at different place's in on day 19 with 1 day relapse. Which i hated myself for but these lot helped me so much .The day after i used all i wanted to do all day is score a bag. I'm coming of heroin but i stayed on this sight ALL day lol. I got through it & haven't relaped since. Where you addicted to pain killers ? keep posting & stay strong just talk about enything you want to keep your mind of useing. Are you in eny kind of programm? nat xx:)

I am so happy for you KRC.  I just can't believe how many people are quitting on this forum!  It makes me so happy when I see people counting their days here.  I hope you have a good day today.  One thing... when your unhappy try to think of something your grateful for, because it's impossible to be thankful, and unhappy at the same time.  You'll start feeling alot of feelings that you haven't felt for awhile.  Relish in them, your coming back from the dead!  If somethings funny make sure to remember it.  When your laughing there is nothing wrong with your heart.  So proud of you!
