I agree with Corey. I have just planned out my day. The family is home except daughter so I will be busy. I have learned so much from everyones experiences. I'm so happy for those who are off their drugs for so long. It really helps me know that I can do this too.
Congrats on day 9. I remember in early recovery it always helped me when I had things scheduled out like you do. When you have things scheduled like exercise you are more likely to actually do it. I found that when I have my day planned with lots of activities that the time in between one activity and the next becomes time to enjoy relaxing instesd of time for just sitting and wallowing in unhappy thoughts. When you can just get up with the right attitude then you can make your day what you want it to be:o) Happy days, Corey

I just read your post, and i admire your will power. I wish i could be as strong as you. I just broke down yesterday and relapsed again. I know how you feel about the cravings. For me they remained long after the withdrawl symptoms were gone. I hope someday soon I can be in a place that you seem to have reached. Keep up the good will power and good luck to you. toughinit
