Today went to my sisters house and then to the store my two sisters mind you, well the middle sister gave me a 7.5 vic ( not my DOC) just so I could walk through the store.....did I just start back at day one i didn't get a buzz i hate pills......?

yes this is day 9........ all day long. my older sister didn't know about it but yes they both know what i am going thru....she just didn't want me to go thru the store in such .............withdrawals/pain i guess....i admit it I freakin' caved.....new day tomorrow though

No, you are not starting back at day one but I know you feel bad for taking it. The fact that you immediately opened up about it just shows your dedication, which you have shown all along.  
Skippy, I am surprised that your sister would give you the vic - perhaps she meant well.  Are they aware of what you are going through?  Honey, don't worry - continue to look ahead undeterred by this tiny bump in the road - Remain positive beacause you are doing great - Keep posting and stay strong!

Don't beat yourself up. Take this as a lesson learned, so you won't do that again.
A good lesson is that these pills are stronger and craftier than we are. Do not give them an opening or you will lose. It is true for all of us. At least you recognized it right away. This is a very good thing. For that, pat yourself on the back. Really, I mean it. These dugs show no mercy, they really are our enemy.

if you beat yourself up over it, that will take you down. although you can't take those pills, you can chose that as a tiny mistake, but you have been doing so good and this will not affect you. if it happens again, i will kick your a$$ myself, lol. glad to see you put a pic up. are you on day 9?
