whats up letter people...first thanx to all who helpd me get this far...today was second day back at work,was very hard at times..lots triggers poppin up..like 20sec anxiety attacks....the big test for me today was after work,,first band prac before sat night show...was real nervous at first....came clean to members...they were cool....then we went through set...i had more energy  pinned up than i thought...it came out very powerful and they were like..dude,u got better.....i had clear mind,,and i was very emotional..did have 2 beers,,,and i dont regret that....10 hrs of work,then do our set twice....should sleep well tonight...my ears still kinda ringn...but i didnt use....i made it through today,,,,bloods pumpin,,feels good.....im tired..because of work and sweat...not lots percs....take care everyone...medhelp class of march 15,,all the pros,,and the new people,,,this site rulz.
