That's right, yall!  Double digits for me!  Lmao!  Big girl panties got me to day 10!  Been an emotional day to say the least!  Finding out who my real friends are but clean to feel the emotions head on!  Physically I feel pretty good...sleeping not so good but better than it was a week ago!  I didn't do this...WE did this!  No way I would be here without yall!  No way I could pay yall back for saving my life!  From the bottom of my heart and from my kids...THANK YALL for being caring, unselfish, honest, loving and supportive people!  I love yall!

You are doing a very good Job..The sleep will balance out..It took me a long time because of my 2 meds that was like crank and kept me up all night until I took the Benzo to come down..This just through my balance off so I had to retrain my sleeping pattern..BUT I remember over a Year ago some one said never fight it..This will make it worse. All of a sudden many months later all I could do is sleep..I called this my catch up sleep..I know you are doing good but please know you might start feeling good Physically but the Brain takes a bit more time..SO if you feel these crazy emotional waves come in that you have never experienced before just be tuned into it and know it is all part of the process. Then you can handle it a bit better..It cracks me up that all of us want to be fine like NOW..It is so short lived compared to all the years we used..So we have to give the detox part time and it will all balance out in harmony..Keep that Great out look too because the mind is a very Powerful thing. May Peace be with you doing this time..AND Patience is the key too..

Thanks Kyle!  I am officially at 12 days now!  I am proud of the he!! I went thru to get to the other side!  No way I could've done it without all the people on here who supported me!  Do I feel great...no!  But I am clean and that is a great feeling!  Obviously sleep is an issue s it is 3:45 in the morning, but I am not chasing down pills, or lying to cover my tracks!  Amazes me how much time my addiction took from me!  Thanks for all your support and advice, Kyle!  I followed your 3 rules and I am clean!
