Energy during withdrawel & L-tyrosine/B6

I was a Vicodin addict & stopped totally on Sunday. For the last 2weeks though i only had i think 4 Vicodins. But i had takin tramadol up until Friday. So totally clean since Sunday.

i have -0- Energy!! I have been taking 500mg L-tyrosine & B6 for a couple days now. When does this start helping????
As an addict of Vicodin of course i want instant relief, but this isn't doin it of course.
Do most people need to take 1000mg of the L-tyrosine usually?
And, now experiencing the whole restless legs at night, ugh.
I think i could be ok if i could get some energy though! The withdrawel hasn't been as bad as i expected, it seemed to be more mental & i think i went thru the most of that last week without having my DOC.

Thanks for any advice

exercise helps more than words can say.  It's hard without energy to exercise, but trust us...it makes all the difference in the world.

Hey there, congrats on your clean time...energy is one of the things that, unfortunately, takes a little time to come back...

you can increase your L-Tyrosine if you want and you dont get jittery...also, take a good multi-vitamin and exercise...i know it seems impossible w/out energy, but even a 10-20 min walk helps...

Good luck..it'll come back...
