Anyone relate?

I know I got myself into the mess I am getting myself out of.  I own that and am working on it. But my sweet, happy, followed me EVERYWHERE for 2 years does not seem to like this new person I am working on becoming.  I believe she has picked up the depression I am going thru and is going thru it too.  She barely moves all day.  I have to force her to go out in my back yard or for a walk.

I know this isn't a "normal" question on here but hoping someone can share a similar experience...I miss you beautiful, happy shadow me Shelby!!

Well I don't have a dog, but I know that they pick up our energy and behave accordingly. Just like Caesar says.  Good long walks would do you both a world of good!
