Hey I dont take that lightly... I remember my first 'going to the grocery store clean day" and I am not being funny either... it was weird. I was so used to being so laid back and no aches or pains and just dabbled along through the store (probably looking like an idiot) but nevertheless I remember my first trip after becoming clean and I honestly thought I couldn't pull it off!!!
