72 Days Clean......

Today marks the 72nd day clean from a NASTY Hydro addiction....120mg per day (morn-noon-nite doses).......

72 DAYS!!!!!!!

I sleep 9 hours a nite....no cravings....no thoughts of those mean yellows.....I FEEL GREAT!

For those who are suffering, YOU CAN DO IT!

Get by the first 30 days (those are the toughest)  TIME HEALS ALL!

JUST-DO-IT!!!!

I have gained 20lbs, i am tan, i function with my family.....WONDERFUL DIFFERENCE!

I still have my guard up....there are things i wont do that i used to to on hydro (gaming, reading)

Oh and i also havent had a ciggarette in over 45 days and i smoked a pack a day for 15 years!

Congrats on your clean time from both!!!!  You are sounding so good now!!!  Keep moving forward.  Glad to hear you are going to involve your doctor with the zanax taper.  Stay strong             sara

I was too skinny, i was 155lbs, and im now my "normal" weight of 175lbs

i had 3 monkes on my back.....got rid of 2 of them

im waiting a couple of months to get the last and final monkey off m back....XANAX

That one i will do professional taper with my doctor

Yay for you...i feel the same way...life is so good without stupid pills controlling me.  i just passed 1 year and life couldn t be better.  i too have gained much weight but i m happy with me so who cares...keep on rolling them days..it just gets better and better..congrats to you...maria  :)
