I'm sorry this has happened, but it's time to stop the nonsense, and get to work, right? We will help you all the way! Prepare yourself with everything you need for the detox, so you have the best chance possible, but also, figure out what led to the relapse. Were you going to meetings or therapy?
Hey Mark,
I detoxed cold turkey from your doc. It IS very doable. It's not fun but it won't kill you.
Learn EVERYTHING you can about how to prepare, what to expect and how to cope. Many many people here have done and are doing what you are considering undertaking.
There are many posts here with all that information. If you have any specific questions, fire away. We're all here to help.
Good-luck

Welcome to the Forum, again :)
I have stopped CT of things like Vicodin, Vicoprofen, and Tramadol, but I don't know much about Roxycodone.
To me, if you can get medical help for your detox then that is the best situation.
Other than that tapering some before you stop if you can, but if you've detoxed before than you should pretty much know what it will be like.
I am on day 11 of my Tramadol Detox, and I am starting to feel a little better. People have said that Tramadol is harder to Detox off of because it acts like an anti-depressant.
However, I think/hope the worst is over and it will only get better from here.
I wish you all the best and hope you find help for your recovery.
