HOW TO GET OFF METHADONE

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET OFF METHADONE I HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND I WANT OFF THE LIQUID HAND CUFFS..??

i tried to taper ,but when i got down to 35mg. i would give up
after a life changing experience in 2004 i went ct of a 10 yr. 200mg + methadone habit,
i will not get into the detox for now
now you should take the time to really figure out what you want to do about your problem?
are you wanting to taper with your clinic, or tell them to kiss off and go the old school way
ct and na?

I have heard a few CT..most taper down slowly...however u decide to do it i wish u the best of luck at reaching ur goal

Ok I assume youre dosing at a clinic because of the liquid right? I am also on methadone, and sick of it. I looked at your profile and noticed youre in Largo. I live in St. Pete. Im at BATC. The clinic will take you down slowly if you want to do it that way. I personally dont want to. Im trying to figure another way. Congratulations on deciding to take your life back!! Maybe we can be detox buddies. Im at 150 now. What are you dosing at and have you talked to the clinic about coming off? (If youre at a clinic) lol
