I just wanted to say thank all of you for your help!! I made it to 30 days today without any pills. I have to say if I didn't have this forum and all your advice I realy don't know if I would have made it. I realy don't post very much but just reading all the good advice everyone has is very helpful!
So one more time THANK U ALL!!

hey congrats on 30 days clean thats the first milestone .....get involved with some form of aftercare it will help keep you clean .......looking forward to reading about your next 30 days good luck and God bless........Gnarly
