I posted earlier and I know u all dnt know me yer, but we are in the same boat. And o need sipport. Ppl my age dnt understand what I'm going thru, that tend to be very judgmental..plz jelp me thru this..thanQ in advance,god bless u all

Congrats! Wow thats amazing! Btw I'm so loving the nickname!lol but anyway I take 10-16  trams 50mgs a day..sad and 4-5 vic's here and there...plz help, youre my motivation:)500days! God is good! Thanks

Hey!  You're gonna be ok.  I've been free from tramadol for over 500 days, and I thought I would be on them forever.  They were just "too hard to stop" in my mind back then.

Tell me how many you take each day and when your last dose was???  

You will get so much support here.  I wouldn't be clean from them today without medhelp and some serious aftercare!

First off,

If you insist on doing this at home look at the Thomas Recipe under the health pages located in the top left of this page.  Take a lot of hot baths.

Also keep coming back here and read a lot of the old posts about trams and other pain pills.  It will benefit you greatly to hear how others did it and see that there is hope.

I hope you can take on this thing.  It is not easy the reward is worth the risk of going through the withdrawals.
