Hi~ Well, that was a pretty good taper. Good for you!! You'll still have withdrawals until everything is out of your system(72 hours). Start drinking water and juices;a lot!!
About that "pharmacy" you have : The Lyrica is a daily med so you need to take that.
Go easy on the klonopin but it will help with anxiety. The amitriptyline won't do you any good. It's a daily med and also an antidepressant that needs to be taken for awhile to be effective. Flush the tramadol. It won't help your efforts. It's an opiate with an AD and you don't need that.
You will not die from quitting. You'll feel awful(like a bad flu) for a few days. That's it.
You can do it!!

I agree stay away from the tramadol it is so hard to stop once you start on it. I was so depressed for over a month after I stopped. At least you have a holiday week if you need to take a few days off. I just tried the lyrica last night for the first time. My dr wanted me to see if it would help with my pain. Let me know if it helps you any.
Just curious how much klonopin are you taking?
Epsom salt ,and excederine back and body.
Also immodium. force urself to take a long hot
Bsth w/epsom salt. Pour the whole bag in if u want .it will sweat the toxins out of ur body.
Sooners~
I don't take klonopin. Never have.

thanks for the info everybody, i really do appreciate it..couple more questions.. and answers lol...um, ok i wont take any tramadol..and im prescribed .5 klonopin 3 times a day for anxiety, and the lyrica for anxiety and the lyrica does help with the pain, it numbs it without the "high" feeling...i know everyones withdrawels are different, i think i can handle the physical part, its the mental part im more afraid of i think, like is it gonna make me feel dizzy, weird headed, anything like that? i dont know, ive never had to wd...i started taking recreationally 2 years ago and it just snow balled =(
The mental part can be tough for some and lasts awhile. Thoughts,cravings,dreams...
A lot of this depends on attitude and how much you want to be free of the pills. Outside support is a great help,so maybe get something in place now like meetings,a therapist,
etc.. You may have anxiety but the meds will help that. Some feel depressed.
Your head should feel okay. Your body will feel sick and you may get a headache. Just
be sure to drink a lot of fluids and eat. Get some Hylands Restfull Legs at the drug store. It has quinine in it and helps the jump, creep, crawly legs and arms. Also, apple juice,OJ,and bananas are good for that.
Don't be afraid...it goes by and in 5 days you'll feel better,10 days MUCH better.
Just keep posting and we'll support you!

First week...will be rough. The taper will help slightly, but not much. Expect the common symptoms. Week two for me saw a moderate decrease in physical part, but still had to drag myself around. Fortunately, I am at three works and was able to be away from office for most of time, which helped big-time. I had benefit of Xanax--but I agree--go easy on benzos. They can be worse in many ways. My wife took Lyrica after a wreck and it had side effects (swelling). I don't see how it helps. I did go to my doctor and got on 10 mg Lexapro right after stopping. It is kickin in now. I have backed off Xanax as anxiety is much better at three weeks. All the crazy stuff is normal. Mind over matter. Just hang until one day...it happens. For me it is three weeks. After a month, it will be over for me. I was taking about 150mg for too, too long. Keep after it.
