Well I caved and took one. Been off for 3 days and couldn't do it. I don't think I can stop. I feel soooo much better but I hate myself. How can anyone stop this? I suck.

When you have had enough you will quit and you dont suk.  This is tough to do and you have to be mentally prepared.  You have to tell yourself that you will do whatever it takes to get and stay clean.  Your mind is a very powerful thing....Be positive in your thinking.  You can break free of this vicious cycle........keep posting            sara

Well...that is a hard question...u feel soooo much better now....but u r angry that u feel so good

Hard to relate cos when i was done..i was done...sick and tired of being sick and tired..does not sound like u r there yet..everyone has a different bottom..I am not sure what u were taking nor how much...I do hope ur bottom is not too low before u throw in the towel,,many try several times to quit before doing so with success..but i dont hear them saying they felt good at all after caving...perhaps u still feel euphoria from the pills..which would be tougher cos many by the time they quit do not feel euphoric/only sad, depressed, using to feel normal, going broke and feeling like a loser

I did not feel those vibes from u..perhaps it is not ur time to stop..perhaps u have not hit ur bottom..I hope u do soon..we r all different..onme persons bottom can be draining a savings account..anothers may be wd-ing in jail with inmates pouring cold water over them to try and help..or a user who had a car accident while on pills and her sister was killed/she went to prison for 5 years for this/plus she lost her sister

What were the reasons u stopped?  did u have a plan for this change in ur life? any type of aftercare or counseling?

Can u tell us the reasons why u let go of ur DOC 3 days ago?
