Subs and Thomas recipe

Has anyone been on Sub and used the vitamin,amino ,minerals while on Subs?,not the benzos, and has it helped or? I am on Sub starting yesterday, Dr told me to take 3 a day 80mg and that is crazy. Im taking 1/4 at a time 4 times a day right now after eating oxys for 2 years with 1  10 day attempt with the Subs before last yr.Long story.I just went to the farmers market and GNC and bought some nice things to eat and take.Im about 46 hrs clean from oxys and plan to only do subs for a couple weeks max and try to skip some days and lower dose after about a week or sooner dependingon how i feel, I know i wont be normal but if its tolerbale i can do it. I cant do days 2,3,4 ,5 without something. its a torture session and i took off a few days to start and do this. I have to go back to work next week and be on top of things .I have to much to lose, a house, a great job.everything.So this time im trying a combination of things from experince and from what everyone here has offered up. Thanks

I've used the thomas recipe with detox off perc's.   Actually I've detoxed many, many times.  To be perfectly honest I didn't notice a huge difference with all the vitamins, but I also didn't remember to take them all the time either.  Some people swear by the thomas recipe though.   I'm guessing that it would have the same effect taking it detoxing from Sub or Perc's. Sorry guess I'm not much help. lol

SO has anyone combined the thomas recipe with a very short term sub detox? Or want to share about it in any form???

Thanks , that is the information im really liking to hear, i can deal with that, i cant deal with the extreme anxiety and my plan will work,you just helped confirm that along with a few other peoples experince on this board , that is why i thought if i build it up now and get off of the Sub quick i stand a great chance.. Today ive had 3  1/4 pieces and i tokk a 1/8 piece and wont eat any more, that is  better than i thought i could do on day 2 ..and day 1 was only 2 1/4s and 1/8 piece late last nite.not at 100% and could probly feel better but not willing to up the dose or continue very long, very afraid of this drug but to afraid to feel all the anxiety that comes CT on days 345. for me they are unbearable let alone day 1 adn2 . Never again. I had 8plus yrs clean before the Dr put me on these and i should have refused, what an as$ i was..Thanks again

I have heard if you taper down off the Sub in 2 or 3 weeks, you shouldn't have much withdrawal at all. You might have trouble with some depression and energy level for a month or so.  Just know that it will get better.  Sorry don't know much about thomas recipe while on Sub.  Keep posting .....it's just a little slow here now.
