How do you get your energy back???

It's day 12 now....and once again I am at work with a ton to do the next few hours...and I have no energy....yes..compared to earlier I do....

I have cut back my caffeine a lot..I was upwards of 600-1000 mg a day....the last few I have stuck around 300-500....in hopes to cut that in half soon.

I don't know your duration/level of addiction, but I've been off tramadol for over a year and my energy levels just recently started to come back to where I thought they should be. Also I just started being able to sleep normally. It's hard not to want to kick myself for wasting so much of my life throughout this ordeal, but that's why they say that "one day at a time" thing. Congratulate yourself for each of your little victories and good luck!

Hi there, I'm not sure what your DOC was, but I was taking 6-10 norco for 2 years, and I am familiar with the lack of energy, believe me.  These are things that worked for me (I'm only on day 6, but this regimen has helped me feel great): 1) vitamin supplements, b vitamin smoothies, amino acid complex supplements and eating an overall healthy diet.  2) I only drink 1 cup of coffee all day 3) exercise every day whether you feel like it or not (outside in the sunshine is the best)  Basically, just try to take care of yourself by giving your body all the nutrients it needs to heal.  It has also helped my mood a lot- hope this helps!  BTW, congrats on your clean time :)
