Hi Vicki......I am just writing to tell you that I will post my story tomorrow....I slept most of the day today and am still tired. I will tell you this but explain it later......I have tried the taper method a few times and it doesn't work for me because of the increased pain.....that is the main reason I paid big bucks and did the rapid detox program which is an awesome program.it wasn't extremely easy but it was a lot better than going CT with the amount of pills I took back then trying to ease the pain.

I will start a new post and give you my story then. By the way, for anyone desperate enough and can afford it, the rapid detox in Michigan is the best you will ever find. The whole program is top notch and no, it's not a treatment program it's an over night hospital stay, etc.......people should look it up and read about it. There are many things they can detox you from but never benzo's.....those are too dangerous. Anyway....stay tuned.....lol

Ya been taking melatonin at night but it's like I feel so tired and exhausted then I hit the pillow and nothing.. Just lay there. Thought I was gonna crash so hard last night. My rls is finally gone in my legs and arms so that's really good. Just can't sleep yet

Have you tried melatonin, valerian root, or sleepy time tea??
