be sure u r pushing fluids as dehydration even in the slightest degree can suk ur energy away...exercising even when u dont feel like it can increase energy like a rocket shot!...the supps help immensely as well....getting good sleep is important...have u asked ur doctor or tried OTC supps like melatonin or valerian root?
Hang in there try to take a really hot bath or shower. try a heathing pad on your legs rotate after five minutes. then try to watch tv. if you have Espon salt put that in your bath helps relax muscles. I knoe if you take a walk every day this helps with the restless. So if you just walk 5-10 minutes this really helps. Good luck It will get better.
Kick it on the couch with a good movie...
Take a hot bath...
Read a good book...
Load up your mp3 player with good music...
Go for a walk...
The lack of energy totally blows but I know that it does pass... Your energy will pick up little by little each day... Sorry you are having a rough time this evening.
