Tramadol withdrawal help!

I am a single mom of a very active 2 year old and an active job.... With that said.... I need some serious advice in how to make the withdrawals manageable enough to function and not have anyone know. I was at 500mg a day now down to 50 mg a day but feel terrible!!!! This weaninf process has only taken place over 4 days.... Can I use codeine aka T3 to help with the process?

And how much should I take? Oh and correction! 300mg not 500!

You are tapering way too fast.  Tramadol needs to be a slow taper.  I wouldnt add any other med to the mix.  How long have you been on tramadol?

We cant give you a taper schedule here as we want you to be safe and what works for one may not work for another.  Have you thought about talking with your doctor?

I am currently tapering off the same med but I'm going to do it over a course of several weeks.  Four days is really quick.  Can you talk with your doc about it?  I've heard there is an anti depressant that can help long term after being on tramadol.

I'm doing better today! Thank you! I took a half today and made it just fine! I never want to see tram again!!!!

I am still tired of course and kind of out of it but I functioned on my own without feeling like I was going to die!

Dont take any t3!!!! I tried that last time and was still wd like 12 days later. Outs prolonged the process so much longer!!
