verygreatful

I am 38 days clean today from everything.  I have my good days and bad days but at least I can feel again.  Been off pills since mid september.  Off Methadone since Nov 20th.  How long does it take to sleep through the night? By the way, I don't post much, but I read alot.  I could not have gotten to this point without all of you. Thanks.

Congrats to you for 63 days, I will let you know when I am there!  I am having the opposite of depression, it is very wierd-uncontrollable laughter!  I do need to exercise more but still trying to get my weight back, and my strength. Thanks for responding.

Great name!!  Congrats on 38 days, I am around 63 days now and doing great.  I sleep through the night but sometimes wake up frequently although I go back to sleep and wake up refreshed.  Anyway, exercise helps with your sleep and any depression you may be feeling.  I have not had any cravings which is wonderful.  Keep up the good work.
