So tired and blah today

I'm 70 days clean today and still have good days and bad. Mostly good. But today for some reason, I feel like I'm on day 2 of wd's. I'm so tired, I could just fall asleep right now. And a little achey. Is this still after effects or do I maybe have the flu.

Any suggestions would be great.

TOGETHER WE ARE!!!

I have felt great the past 3-4 days...finally have some MOTIVATION!!       WOO-HOO!!

..and there have been NO clothes baskets OR piles of clothes on my couch for 4 days...( I haven't done any laundry..no wonder!!)  :D

I think it's the weather...or just a down day...you know they will hang for awhile yet....

I'm in the same boat, physically beat.  I have been sick though too, so perhaps you may be coming down with something as well..?

I would bet it is the flu, or weather, this wet, not warm but not cold, weather always makes me that way.
