No one else can compare to you being at home with your baby, just keep your chin up and your future options open, but right now you are doing the right thing!!! Go on now... it took me 25 min to find that post!!! go .
If your boss loves you too, he'll understand. There is no greater job on earth, like being a parent.(and the hardest) Walk in there proud. You're doing the right thing.
I know, I like my boss as well and I have a great job. But it's not worth it. I know you are afraid, but he/she will understand. We're here for you.

hon , no day care or babysitter can raise your baby like you!! ur doing wut is right for your family, thats all the push u need!! good luck
You know in your heart your doing the right thing. All you need to tell them is what you just told us. It's the right thing to do for your family. You go girl. You can do this. After all you quit the pills , you can do anything. Hugs mary
I posted earlier about being clean 4 weeks today and it's kinda long....wuitting my job!!!
I read on another post about you doing this. I have my first child, a 9 month old girl at home and I work full time so she spends 40 hours a week at daycare AND I HATE IT! She comes home smelling of the caregiver's perfume and it drives me absolutely nuts. I just recently missed her first day of crawling - because she was at daycare. If you can afford it, give that notice now! It will be fine. You are doing a wonderful thing. I am looking for a night job so I can quit my day job and stay home with my little girl. Good luck!!!!!!!!
Read below in my one month post! sorry, my nerves have me SHOT!!!!
Your notice for what? help us out friend
