Tramadol WD

I know I've posted before but I can't find it. What is the best or usual way to taper/wean off tramadol and will this lessen the WD symptoms?

Cool thanks
Been reading your journal stuff. Very useful as I am i the process of finally addressing issues behind my addiction and dealing with the "shame" of being an addict but trying to look forward and be free of dependance on pills and to learn skills to deal with problems rather than escape them. Learn to like myself too. Addiction - so complex
