Hi guys, just came to see how everyone is doing today. Good I hope. Im doing great, I had an amazing night :) therefore I'm having an even more amazing day. hey tiffany...glad to hear things are going well for you today!!! it's 12* where i'm at !  BBRRRR things are pretty amazing for me right now, too...i am having some lower back pain, but other than that....no compalints...I feel so clear headed compared to what i felt like a week ago....

i'm freezing bloody cold here where i am, (more north than you), however, i'm into week
4 opiate-free, it's pretty darn good, so, while i could crab about some things, nah, it's
a pretty good day so far :), and i'm enjoying not being slave to da pills.
