2 and a lil under half a day you are doing great and pray it only improves for you. Mike
Easy to keep my heart rate up. I through steel and iron around all day in my recycling business also helps me to vent, just throw it harder. lol
Your doing great. Get lots of fresh air and try getting your heart rate up. I took brisk walks...even if it was 5 minutes....it really helped a lot.
I can tell you are a strong person and you will do great!
Thanks. I am aleady on a couple of antideppressants my Md. wants me to do rehab. No can do have a business to run kids to care for and such so we'll just do it the old fashioned hard way. Never took the easy way in my life up to now so why start now.
I was also on them a long time. They are very subtle, but before you know it you are addicted to them and abusing them.
You may experience some depression after being clean a while. The Tramadol raises seratonin thus giving you that euphoric feeling.
Pm me if you need to. I wish you well.
Thanks I needed to hear that and you are so right. Those things should be in a class all by themselves they are so subtle. Been on them over 2 yrs.
Hey there Mr. Male nurse! I was on the Trams too. They are evil!
I am almost 4 months clean and feeling so good. It sounds like you are doing really well and it is so great that you have the support at home from family and friends.
I just wanted to give a little support and hope, it gets much better!
Have a knot in the rope and hanging tight
Things do get better...just gradually, and things could get a tad worse first. I swear it will ease up though...just hang in there!
thanks I need the encouragement. I called detox 2 check on my wife they say she is not a complainer so they moved her next 2 nurses station for better observation. We have both been here b4 hers was booze and meth now she is fighting valium and vicodin. We have always fought our problems together and call me a baby but being separated from her is harder then the other w/ds. We've been married nearly 29 yrs. Together with God we are undefeatable.
i never took trams, but i did take opiates and went c/t. days 3 n 4 were my worst. 5 was not great, but i thought i would live. 7 days for most and things get better. just not real fast. lol good luck and hang in there. hows the wife?
It will keep getting better and better...i have never been addicted to tramadol but the narcotic wd took me about 4 days...good luck and keep posting
