46 days off NORCO's high blood presure normal ?

I have been off of Norcos for 46 days and I feel great . No anxiety or withdraw and my energy is back . Out of the dark and back in the LIGHT....But I have been checking my blood presure at the Wall mart and It is in the pre hyper tension status ....Some times lower but it wories me....Coul it be from doing all of thoes little yelow pills for the last
2 1/2  years ? I will ask my Doc. but I am anxious and was wondering if any one has heard of it as a side efect....I have always been on the high side of normal blood presure . I am a 42 yr old male 6'2" 285 lbs

Yea I've been off the Norco's 27 days now and I check my blood pressure almost daily, it's been running high for me 155/110, I take a low dose blood med called Alltace but it doesent seem to be working any longer. I'm going to my doctor to discuss this and other issues but I'm pretty sure this has to do with quitting the Norco's..

By the Way, Awesome job for being clean that long!!! I hope I can say that someday.... Everyday is an accomplishment...

I am now weening off of Oxycodone & my bp has been really high... I'm thinking mine is due to withdraw, but who knows... I am little & have always had low bp like 110 over 60 that area.  Lately it's been 180 over 119..., so I'm a little freaked myself... If you have a dr. give him a call, mine won't do anything, just told me to go to rehab to be evaluated, which I'm not, I'm doing it at home with help of family due to money & other reasons... good luck!

coulda been the pills were covering a legit problem..c ur dr..does high bp run in ur family?  it does in mine and mine has been spiking as of late...i am keeping a close eye on it...u do the same
