Loosing Touch

Day 9 and gets better and better.  Back to work on Monday after taking 9 days off to face Hell.  I got a zillion emails to deal with and hope I don't freak out after being in my quite little home.

I'm sure I will do just fine.  I really do feel alot better.  I see things so much clearer.  I am not dragging *** in the morning anymore.  Jump on the treadmill to get the day started feels pretty damn good.

I find myself staying alot busier and out doing stuff outdoors and spend less time on this site.  I just do not want to forget all my friends who helped me thru it.  So my goal is to hit this site about every night.

Have any of you guys or girls find yourself spending less time on the site.  What about others who stayed clean that have not been back to visit?

Thanks BMC you have always incouraged me thru this whole process.  Me being clean the last 8 days was because of those words of encouragement.

Keep your chin up brother and stay strong!

Congrats on 9 days! I'm sure you will do just fine at work. You will see things straight on instead of everything being hidden by the fog. Just keep going strong and keep that strong mindset and you'll do just fine. If a craving or urge hits, just jump on here as quick as possible and post. You know how a few words of encouragement can keep you looking in the right direction. Be proud of what you have accomplished because it was not a easy road!
This site seems to become a lot of people's new addiction. But there is probably a time where I will move on. It's just such a huge part of recovery. There are so many out there including myself that couldn't have done it without all of the wonderful people. I have made some great friends and continue to do so. So I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to leave!

It sounds natural to me to spend less time here.  Until today (and I've been here most of the morning just because I have tons of spare time today) I had been spending less time here too.

Yes to the treadmill and working out.  I didn't think I would ever do that again, and now I actually enjoy it.
