Exercise is my salvation....be careful with the darvon...sounds like u r responsible with it but if u notice u r ever beginning not to be...stop them....the mental part gets better...I have had to read the craving intervention a couple of times...if u wait it will pass...also reading has helped me and educating myself as much as possible on the process...I just started the aminos 2 weeks ago and I should have from the get go...have helped my mental status alot...lots of info on PAWS in the Health pages to the right...If I understand why am doing something, I am more compliant with it....keep posting and glad u r feeling physically better
Try to stay busy, keep your mind occupied, take the vitamins and aminos. Walk, run, hike, whatever kind of excersice you can muster. These are of course my thoughts only. I was on Lortab and it is helping me. I am a lil over 1 month now!!!
