dehydration is this part of the process

its end of day 6 but all day i have felt good alot better all around but been so out of it feels like i need to drink ton of water or gatorade but once i start drinking it feels like im full after to sips.

dehydration can occur easily with wds..especially if u had the runs like i did for 2 weeks...and vomiting will add to it...plus u feel like dog poo poo and dont drink ur water..dehydration can make u feel very tired and depressed..gatorade or water...a big coke bottle per day..fill it up and finish it..flush some toxins out as well

maybe you are not dehydrated but acidic instead.
