Hi...yep, lack of sleep is a real pain but your bod will rest. You'll probably catch sleep time during the day as well if you can. Just keep pouring fluids and food into you, especially fluids, except for caffeine.
We all been through this but it really does get better; it may actually take a bit for a normal sleep pattern to return but there are tips to assist with sleeping too.

You can try some Melatonin too. You can find that most anywhere. Many use that for sleep issues. You are almost thru the worst so hang on for just a bit longer......It really does get better and this will all be worth it. Stay strong sara
your going thru the worst of it right now stay strong its almost over, you got tow more days and then it will get less and less till you feel nothing other than feeling truly alive, it feels amazing..i wish you the best youve made a great and hard choice and now youve got to stick with it you already been through the worst of it..if you can just for the week of meds see if you can go to a urgent care or er, or from a freind(i dont condone that exactly) and get some ambien or a benzo to help the leg and arm pains, the anxiety, insomnia, and restlesnes, it really helps, but youve gone thru the ahrdest part, good job youve gone so far and done so great!-christos
