Goal Oriented - To Stay Off Meds

Good Morning,

I was wondering if people set goals and if that has helped in their recovery.  Myself, life has always been about goals because w/o them, I think I feel like I'm drifting.  My short term goal for being opiate free is 6 months while my long term is 2 years...I think that helps keep me focused.

Does this work for anyone else?

Thanks,

Guy

I too set goals. It is what keeps me focused, Without goals, I don't ever know what I am doing...LOL

For staying clean, my goal is to take it a day at a time and try to post more often when I am down.
