Most of us didnt make it one our first, second  or heck even third time so dont beat yourself up!! You will get back to the 100 day mark before you know it! Stay strong and believe in yourself. Those are two of the most important things you can do!!! Good luck to you!

Thank you Gizzy.Yes I will make it to 100 days.The taper is hard but I am going to stick to it as best I can.I wish I would have had a better plan when I quit cold turkey.I know I am going to have to try meetings or something because my way is not working.I have every excuse in the book on how I can not make a meeting.I live in a small town and even though na or aa is confidential people still talk.I have children who keep me busy and can't make it to too many meetings and the list goes on.I need to just go!No more excuses.One way or another I am going to put an end to this addiction.

Sorry to say I am not clean.I do not know how to get rid of the tracker or reset it.I am tapering at the moment and wish I could say I was 100 days clean.I will be someday.I am still a work in progress.
