I know what you are feeling. I have been right exactly in your shoes and can promise you that although you hurt it will pass. These are symptoms and they hurt and they **** you off and you may want to blame but if I can say anything to encourage you it takes someone who is amazingly strong, amazing truth and integrity to do what you have started. Hi  so sorry to here your having trouble... just know this it is so so worth it and remember 5 days is the blink of the eye  when looking at your life....just look at like you just caught the flu  both make you misrable and both last 4 or 5 days once your threw the detox  your on your way ...dont give up 5 minutes b/4 the mirical keep posting for support now go run yourself a nice hot bath and relax you can do this..Keep posting for support good luck and God bless....Gnarly

I know what you are experiencing..I am titrating off of Fentanyl I was at the dose of 100mcg and now I am at 50 mcg,  I experienced the sweats, feeling horrible and it feels like the life is being sucked out of you.  It is not easy..please listen to all the good folks on this site. You can make it. We all went thru this state//it takes a toll on your body physically,mentally and spiritually. Be strong.  Keep yourself hydrated and try and eat a balanced diet, try and stay active. Will be praying for you. My next drop of fentanyl will be 37 mcg...I will really have to stay strong! What you are feeling is very, very normal, and thinking that you can't do it is also normal. Hundreds have made it through and are living a clean life. BUT, if you have access to meds this is the time that most relapse. Hopefully you've already cut your sources and put up roadblocks. If not, do it because you will lose the battle if pills are around or are easily available.
I promise, promise you - you can get through this. The time will drag, but before you know it you'll be in to day four and will start to see the light at the end of detox hell. 19 hours have passed, a massive amount of time. Now on to the next 19 and beyond.

26 hours is great.  You have 1 whole clean day behind you and you're working on the next.  No, it isn't easy but it is doable.  Start thinking that you CAN do this.  You ARE doing it.
You are almost half way there to the worst being over.
Don't give up now.

if I am cut out, then you definitely are. I'm in less than 24 hours too, went through the wd, then like an idiot relapsed and I'm back to square one. we can do this together.
