Nurofen Plus Addiction

Hi iv been on tramadol in the past for two years taking upto 30 a day then early last year decided to taper off them  all went great then in October last year I had a relapse and started buying Nurofen Plus  it's been  a rollercoster with them  I stopped and started again but  Sunday I decided enough is enough I have a 9 week old baby so I have to stop today is day 2 of c/t and isn't too bad I'm getting slight back pain and nausea but not too much else yet .

Awesome to here keep up the great job!!

I'm at day 11 and yesterday for me was the worst....today is a good day tho

Felt like a long day at work but  feel great just really tired lol

Day 6 today and feeling alot better after a good nights sleep back to work so hopefully all goes well

well done on the 11 days im looking forward to hitting the 1 week as iv never gone more than a day with out pills in the last 2/3 years

thanks littlebit the gabapentin is really helping i was suprised at how quick it works. Im back at work tomorrow so work will help take my mind off everything and all you lot. I dont think i would have done it if it wasnt for my partner, Daughter and you lot on here.

glad you went to your doctor.  It will only get better from here on out.  Watch your mental though, sometimes your brain will give you h e l l!  Just wait it out and the craving will go away.
