whats up with this spiked blood level?

Perhaps spikes in blood levels from taking large doses of narcs...during a taper u want to spread small doses out over the day to avoid  "high blood levels of narcotics" or "spikes" as it is easier to go thru withdrawals this way....for instance a user who takes 50 mg twice a day would perhaps have more problems with wds that someone who took 20 mg 5 x a day...even tho they both equal 100 mg a day

if your thinking about spiked insulin lvls then your body stops metabolising calories while lvls are spiked. Thus why body builders eat sweets or drinks sweets directly after weight lifting to stop your body from being catabolic.
