I did a fast taper...i think it may have helped but felt bad the whole time i was tapering...and i am an awful taperer! it did prolong the agony bu i had to wait for my time off of work to get there....do what u gotta do...how many tylenol 3s do u have?
I did a fast taper like I said, I was taking 6, on day 1, I cut that in half down to 3, then I took 2 for the next 2 days, 1 for the next 2 days, and 1 for 1 day, and then 0 on day 7, I did cut them in halves so I think that also helped too.
what was your rapid taper? will cutting back even over say 4 days help? I have learned I dont have the will power-- I dont know- I am mad and sick at myself--
I know what I am in for--
I did a rapid taper, and I think it helped me, but it is a personal opinion only. I think every person is different. I was taking 6 Lortabs a day and so that may also be why my withdrawals were not real severe other than the emotional. Best of luck in whatever you choose.
This is just my opinion but to taper for me just prolonged the WD's. Every time I would lower my dose the W/Ds would start so I finally went C/T. That's just my opinion though...Some others will can give you a taper plan but if you can't stick to it then it's not going to do you any good...
