It's been day two w/out vicodin and its been a living Hell i cant sleep and im in pain i have severe diareaha and dont know what to do????

HI congrads on day 2 your 1/2 way thew your detox follow the above posters advise
I just wanted to chime in and encourage you I have been thew narcotic detox and know just how lousy it can make you feel just hang in there ...sleep is not eazy to come by you might just have to get by with cat naps for the next few days...take sleep when you can get it even if its just a 1/2hr here and there drink plenty of fluids and im a big proponent
on the hot bath therapy you will begin to feel better soon so good luck and God bless

Congrats on doing this and I am sorry your having a rough time right now. It will get better in a couple days so hang in there. Immodium can help and like the others said hot hot baths can work too. How many per day did you just come off of? Why did you decide to stop? You can do this:)

Hi. Day 2 is great! The hot baths helped me, if u add epson salts it helps with the aches and rls. Start exercising. I no u think u can't to that u can. Start with short walks n move up. It is so worth the effort. Good luck and keep us posted.

I remember it well, just horrible!!  You need to treat your symptoms and be active in your recovery. Your body is ridding itself of the poisons and needs a little help right now. Get the imodium, ibuprofen, vitamins and supplements. Look up the Thomas recipe and work it.  I couldnt afford the entire Thomas recipe list but doing some of it is better than nothing at all.

And hot baths...tons of them.

I needed to lean on a few other meds while I detoxed, clonodine being one.  

Stick it out, I know its hard but you will get through it with support!!!!
