Norco Withdrawl

I went 24 hours took a couple of vicodine to sleep, and now I am working again to make it without taking anything especially to help me sleep.  I am looking for any suggestions to get thru the withdrawls...I am having every sympton and it is miserable but I want to stop these pills. Not sleeping I think is the hardest thing for me....and the psychological is worse than the physical in alot of ways.   This board is great and glad to find you.

It does take time for the withdrawals to stop. OTC meds will help with them. Exercise and baths will too. Goo luck to you and you will feel so much better not relying on pills anymore

I will even suggest that the "withdrawals" are in your head, not physical, because you haven't really quit anything.

So, you are taking an opiate to quit an opiate...  Both those pills are basically the same thing. You are just quitting one brand name and using another.

Just quit the opiate period.
