Thanks for the advice. I am so damn mad at myself for doing this. I was so proud of myself and all that hard work went down the tubes and I am back to square one! I am full of guilt and anger right now!

Well, I have been the exact place you are now several times. First time I had over 2 years sober and then.....needed surgery. Ahhh an excuse to use!!! Except we forget that eventually....we must quit.
The important thing is you came here to seek support and you will get lots of it from us. Many of us have been where you are, and have dredged through the mudd of detox to come out the other side sparkling clean.
Good thing is, this detox won't be as bad as your first becuase your using time is only a few months and a total of 180 pills if i read correctly. You will go through w/d, so read up on the thomas recipe and follow it if you can.
Make sure you have immodium, get some clonidine if you can, it really helped me with the anxiety, heart palpitations and general panic feeling. Take hot baths for the leg aches and get bananas at the store along with a multivitamin. If you wake in the night with leg cramps, pop a vitamin and eat a banana. Stay well hydrated too.
Now, once you physically detox......prepare yourself for the next time a medical issue arises where you will need pain meds. what will you do differently next time? Inform your doctor that you are an addict. Find someone to distribute your pills.....someone who cannot be bullied into giving more than what is prescribed even if you beg!
Use this as a learning tool to help prepare you if it ever happens again. Don't dwell on the past......can't do anything about that now......look ahead and change what you can.
