Hi! I'm new to this & only on day 6 of detox myself but I can totally relate. I was using about as much daily, sometimes more. Detox is hard, but in a week's time I guarantee you will feel like a different person. A few things that really helped me were some vitamin supplements & hot baths in epsom salt/baking soda. Sounds silly but it really helps to get toxins out. The supplements were l-tyrosine, potassium, vitamin b6. I seriously wouldn't have made it through the last few days without them. Stay strong, believe in yourself & best of luck!!! ;)

Hey Sweetheart don't beat yourself up.  You are not sick or disgusting you are an addict.  It happens to the best of us (:  You are here, you are admitting you have a problem, and you want to stop.  Great news- it's totally possible.  It's all up to you.  Take it one moment at a time.  I echo all of VI's advice above.  Just know that YOU CAN DO THIS!  It will be f-ing hard, no doubt about it...But what is waiting on the other side is YOU.  You deserve to be happy and healthy and you will be.  It's just a choice.  Don't waste time beating yourself up or feeling ashamed.  You can work this sh&* out in aftercare.  For now just be kind and gentle with yourself and PROUD of yourself.  We are here to support.

Hi & Welcome..It seems to be a bit slow right now but if you keep checking your post many will come in with there own experiences. This is a Very caring and sharing site and I have seen many success stories on here. The detox will be over in no time, so it is the aftercare that you have to really work on.
Are you on anything right now or do you already have some clean time hours in?? We sure can help you get through the detox and it will not be too fun, but it will go bye fast and the Blessing ahead are just Wonderful.
I will say for right now drink LOTS of water to help flush these poisons out. Try to eat Healthy and stock up on some good vit/min. There is so much more info we can give, but right now I will start right here with the water.
I am so glad you want to stop now before you really wasted more years or even went to harder drugs. Good Job!
Bless
