hi everyone under alot of stress, things are not good around here, im tired of being abused by my x i shouldnt be here, and my sisterlaw, i cant win, but anyways my wds from the methadone i beleive is over now i have to ween off the tyn. 4s John

weaver is right.... focus just on your well being  for now, be selfish and think of you now and only of you and your recovery, this is what matters, ponco and you are doing the best for you now, be proud of this and keep doing it !

Give yourself time to heal, you will have time to change other parts of your life after that. Try not to let yourself get worked up, you are doing all that you need to right now. Just don't use and the rest will work itself out in its own good time. You can do this. Just a little more time.
